These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website mattbauman.me (the "Site"), operated by Matt Bauman ("I", "me", "my"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing website describing my consulting services in demand generation, customer retention, and AI implementation, and providing a way to contact me or book a call. Nothing on the Site is an offer that creates a binding engagement on its own.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute marketing, business, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Any engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Booking calls and contacting me
Scheduling links and contact details are provided so you can reach me. Booking a call does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement. Scheduling is handled through third-party tools subject to their own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the "Matt Bauman" name, are owned by me or my licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client names and logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission to identify them. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it for unlawful purposes, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as scheduling tools). I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
